By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from MegaForce Restoration LLC, you consent to receive text messages related to our restoration services, including but not limited to:

• Service appointment confirmations and reminders
• Project updates and status notifications
• Follow-up communications regarding completed services
• Emergency service alerts (if applicable)
• Customer satisfaction surveys

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service needs and is typically 1-4 messages per month during active projects.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. MegaForce Restoration LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS communications unless you opt back in.
• Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the information provided in Section 19.
• Supported Carriers: SMS messaging is supported by major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is Not Shared: Your SMS consent and phone number are used solely by MegaForce Restoration LLC. We do not share your SMS consent or phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. TCPA Compliance

Any estimates or quotes provided by MegaForce Restoration LLC are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, unforeseen conditions, or additional services required. All estimates are valid for the period specified in the estimate document.

8. Payments and Billing

• Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
• We accept payment via credit card, check, bank transfer, and insurance claim.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection efforts as permitted by law.
• All fees and charges are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
• Emergency services may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of scheduling.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

MegaForce Restoration LLC warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Any warranties on materials or workmanship will be specified in your service agreement.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MegaForce Restoration LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
